All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Processing
Orders are processed only after successful payment. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location, logistics partner, and unforeseen factors such as weather or holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days, and delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days. For remote or international locations, additional time may be required.
Shipping
Shipping is done at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges may vary based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted solely for products that arrive damaged. Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear video evidence captured during the unboxing process. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
